The Low Carbon Fuels Standard is working and has displaced 25 billion gallons of petroleum with renewable fuels. The fact is California can only meet its climate and carbon reduction goals with a strong, technology-neutral program that supports an ‘all of the above’ clean fuels solution. We appreciate the Assembly's acknowledgment of the crucial role methane capture from dairy manure lagoons plays in achieving our shared climate pollutant goals. These strategies are essential components of our collective efforts to combat climate change and clean our air."
